Creative Thinkers provides behavioral health services for children, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI), family and caregiver training, and counseling services. Services are subject to separate service agreements, informed consent documents, and treatment plans executed between Creative Thinkers and the client’s parent or legal guardian.

5. Professional Qualifications
All Creative Thinkers services are provided by qualified, licensed professionals in accordance with Minnesota state law, including:
ABA therapy is supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who hold Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credentials as required under Minnesota Statutes §148.9981–148.9995 (effective January 1, 2025).
Speech therapy is provided by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) credentialed through the Minnesota Department of Health.
Occupational therapy is delivered by therapists licensed through the Minnesota Board of Occupational
Therapy Practice.
Counseling services are provided by Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) licensed through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy or the Minnesota Board of Social Work.
6. Parental and Guardian Consent
Because our services are designed for minors (children under 18), a parent or legal guardian must provide informed consent before any services begin. In accordance with the Minnesota Debt Fairness Act (Minnesota Statutes Chapter 332C), our medical debt collection policy is available upon request. 11. Appointment Cancellation Policy

If applicable, Creative Thinkers may offer telehealth services in compliance with Minnesota telehealth regulations. Telehealth sessions are conducted using HIPAA-compliant platforms. By participating in telehealth, you acknowledge that while telehealth offers many benefits, it may not be appropriate for all situations, and there are potential risks including technology failures and limitations compared to in-person care. You will not be required to purchase specific software or hardware to participate in telehealth services.
